2.What data we process

Via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service your question is about and your message. If you request a quote from the home battery calculator, the values you entered in the calculator (such as annual consumption and own energy generation) are included in that message.

For a quote, assignment or service: address, details about the location and the electrical installation, order and invoice details.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server data such as IP address, time and browser type to keep the website secure. To prevent misuse of the contact form, we store an encrypted (hashed) derivative of your IP address and the time of submission for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Visitor statistics: we anonymously count how many visitors the website has, which pages they view, which website or search engine they come from, the type of device, the site language and the country (derived from your browser's time zone). We do not use cookies for this and do not store IP addresses: a visitor is only recognised within a single day using an encrypted code whose key is irreversibly deleted every day. This data stays on our own server, is not shared and is deleted after at most 13 months. If your browser signals "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", you are not counted.

3.Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your question and preparing a quote: steps prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest, depending on your request.
• Carrying out appointments and assignments: performance of the contract.
• Keeping our records: legal obligation.
• Securing the website and the contact form: legitimate interest.
• Anonymous visitor statistics to improve the website: legitimate interest.

We ask for your consent in advance for non-essential cookies and tracking. We only send commercial emails where permitted by law.

4.The home battery calculator

The calculation takes place entirely in your own browser. The values you enter are not stored or sent to us, unless you choose Request a quote and then submit the contact form. Using the calculator does not constitute consent to marketing.

5.Who we share data with

• TransIP (the Netherlands): hosting of the website and our email.
• Installation partners: only the data required to carry out your assignment.

Where required, we conclude data processing agreements. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

6.How long we keep data

• Contact requests without follow-up: up to 12 months after the last contact.
• Quotes that do not lead to an assignment: up to 12 months.
• Customer and installation data: as long as needed for service, warranty and any legal claims.
• Tax-relevant records: 7 years, or longer where required by law.

7.Security

The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Messages from the contact form go directly to our own mailbox; access is limited to staff who need the data. The form is protected against spam and misuse.

8.Cookies

We do not place tracking cookies. We only use local storage in your browser to remember your language and your cookie choice. Read more in our cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings

9.Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@ampurion.nl; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
